Off the professional grid, she's a gardener by heart and loves learning new piano tunes-skills that resonate with her construction finesse and innovative work approach.

Joanne joined Yellow Sheet in November 2017 as a rare work-from-home opportunity in an area that interests her - following the construction activity on Vancouver Island and Coastal communities. Although retired, Joanne stays with Yellow Sheet for the satisfaction of working for a trustworthy and respected company. In addition to being a data nerd who takes pride in a well-groomed database, Joanne enjoys connecting with those who so generously provide updates.

For over a year, Tracey Lynn built her knowledge base as a project researcher, from pre-design through construction. After gaining a solid familiarity with the construction process, and those making the construction sector happen and happen very well, Tracey decided to focus her energy and abilities on the research specialty area of building permits. She notes, "I love how gathering building permit information connects me to every municipality. And when there are some blanks to fill in, I have my YS intel to draw from."

Sacha came to Yellow Sheet with diverse skills gained during her full-time career in the banking sector. When looking to shift to part-time from the convenience of home, Sacha jumped at the chance to sign on with Yellow Sheet three years ago. When Sacha isn't giving bid results her time, attention and TLC, she exercises her passion for hiking. She says, "I love every hike I've experienced, from Vancouver Island trails to my next adventure on the coast of Italy."

As Yellow Sheets' Tender Researcher, Avery is the youngest and newest member of the Yellow Sheet team, and she brings a great energy and fresh perspective that is so valuable. Avery's household is filled with the power that a 5-year-old with endless amounts can exude but still meets deadlines and delivers data. She really appreciates how she can get her work on new tenders, closing time extensions and recording of plan holders right from her home office.
